About  Me

I’m Sean Leduc, The Inclusion Strategist author of “One More Step – The Power of Perseverance.” My story is one of resilience shaped by adversity—moments that tested my spirit and forced me to dig deep for hope and strength. Years ago, a failed surgery changed my life, leaving me with a loss of mobility and a daily struggle to adapt to a new reality. The physical pain was only part of the journey; emotionally, I wrestled with frustration, self-doubt, and the fear of losing my independence. Around the same time, my family went through a painful separation, and I found myself questioning my role as a father and partner, searching for meaning in the midst of upheaval. The loss of my grandfather, a guiding light in my life, added another layer of grief and reflection.

These experiences left me feeling broken at times, but they also became the foundation for growth. Through dream work, breath work, meditation, and journaling, I slowly rebuilt my sense of self. I leaned on motivational quotes and the support of loved ones to get through the darkest days. Every step forward, no matter how small, was a victory—a reminder that perseverance is not about never falling, but about rising again and again.

I share my story not because it’s unique, but because so many of us are quietly fighting battles others can’t see. My mission is to offer honest encouragement, practical tools, and a compassionate voice for anyone seeking personal growth or struggling to find their footing. Whether you’re facing physical setbacks, emotional loss, or the weight of uncertainty, I want you to know you’re not alone. My hope is that my journey—and the lessons I’ve learned—will inspire you to embrace your own potential, take one more step, and discover strength you didn’t know you had. Through my writing, speaking, and community, I’m committed to fostering a space where honesty, kindness, and perseverance are celebrated, and where every challenge can become a stepping stone to something greater.
